REFUND POLICY

Services, Digital Programs, Digital Products, and Physical Products

Your satisfaction with your Program, Product, or Service is important to us. Yet, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation, and care that goes into creating and/or providing our Programs, Products, Services, and Program Materials, we have a no refund policy. Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for any of our Programs, Products, and Services, and no refunds will be provided to you at any time. By using and/or purchasing any of our Programs, Products, Services, or Program Materials, you understand and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Physical Products

Before placing an order through our store, we recommend carefully researching the product you intend to purchase. If you have questions about a physical product, contact our Customer Support Team at hello@ladybosssocial.club with your question. We do not allow returns, refunds, or exchanges on physical products that are successfully delivered to you.

In cases where a physical Product you have purchased is delivered damaged or faulty, we will gladly provide you with a replacement of the same product(s) if the following requirement is met:

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours from delivery by contacting hello@ladybosssocial.club with your order information and a photo showing the damaged item and package.

In cases where a physical Product you have purchased is not delivered successfully, we will work with you and the shipping courier to determine the best course of action.

  • If items were lost by the shipping courier while in transit to you, we will process a claim with the shipping courier and we will gladly provide you with a replacement of the same product(s). In this case, please contact the shipping courier immediately to request their assistance and also email our Customer Support Team at hello@ladybosssocial.club with your order information.
  • If items were lost or stolen after the shipping courier successfully delivered it to you, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding lost or stolen items. You assume liability and responsibility once packages that have been successfully delivered to your shipping address by the courier. In this case, please contact the shipping courier immediately to request their assistance and also email our Customer Support Team at hello@ladybosssocial.club with your order information.

 

NOTICE

LadyBoss Social Club reserves the right to amend this Return & Exchange Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on this page. As well, LadyBoss Social Club and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for any reason. Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damaged items must be reported to our Customer Support Team at hello@ladybosssocial.club within 48 hours of delivery along with your order information and a photo showing the damaged item and package.
